ElektronikBranschen has signed a new agreement with Copyswede on private copying levies (PKE) in Sweden.
The agreement provides long-term predictability for companies across the consumer electronics industry: retailers, distributors, suppliers, and producers alike. Clear and stable rules make it easier for our members to plan, invest, and compete, while rightsholders’ compensation is handled in an orderly way.
We are grateful for the constructive dialogue that led to this result and will keep supporting our members as the agreement is put into practice.
